Delete your Impulsee account
Last updated 2 October 2026
Already deleted the app? Email us
Send an email to:
hello@impulsee.fun
- Send it from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Impulsee account. You don't need to give a reason.
- If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from your account's address first, so nobody can delete someone else's account.
- We'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to tell you it's done.
Still have the app? Do it there
- Open Impulsee and tap the settings cog.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete for good.
It happens straight away, and you're signed out.
What gets deleted
Everything below is removed permanently, straight away, and can't be recovered:
- Your login: your email address and password.
- Your profile: your display name, your profile picture and your phone's notification token.
- Every event you organised, open or past, along with everyone's "I'm in"s, updates and photos on it.
- Your "I'm in"s and your updates on other people's events.
- Every photo you uploaded: your profile picture, crew pictures and photos on updates.
- Your place in every crew.
- Any crew you're the last member of, with everything in it.
What isn't deleted
- Crews other people are still in carry on without you, along with the events other people organised in them. If you uploaded a crew's picture, the crew goes back to a plain background.
- Usage statistics and crash reports held by Google Firebase. These never include anything you typed, and are linked only to a random ID that no longer matches any account once yours is deleted. Firebase deletes them on its own schedule: up to 14 months for statistics and 90 days for crash reports.
- Emails between you and us about the request, for as long as we need them to show it was handled.
- Settings stored on your phone, if you still have the app installed. Uninstalling the app removes them.
For everything Impulsee collects and who handles it, see the privacy policy.
