Impulsee

Terms and conditions

Last updated 2 October 2026

Impulsee is a small app for groups of friends to tell each other they're heading out. It's made by Isaac Parsons, an independent developer in Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

What Impulsee is

Impulsee lets you create or join crews (groups of friends), post events ("shouts") to let your crew know you're heading out, and see who's coming. That's it — it's a coordination tool, not a social network.

Your account

Age requirement

Impulsee is for people aged 18 and over. By signing up you confirm you are at least 18. If we learn someone under 18 is using the app, we'll delete their account.

What you can do

What you agree not to do

We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you post (shout details, updates, photos) stays yours. By posting it in Impulsee you give us a licence to store and display it to the members of the crew it belongs to, and to send it in notifications — which is what makes the app work. We don't use your content for advertising or anything outside the app.

When you delete your account, your content is removed as described on the account deletion page.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, who handles it, and how to get it deleted. It's part of these terms.

Availability and changes

Limitation of liability

Impulsee is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us — which, since the app is free, is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
